Mother Nature has delayed our racing start this year. Tom is anxious to get back on the track as he was out last season recovering from a broken arm. Tom will be racing the IKF Jr.1 level this year. We plan to run him at University Plains Speedway, Brookings, SD when schedule allows. We are also looking into other local tracks. Tom is ready to get back to the track and see his friends that he missed last year. Mike has also had some weather delays to start his season, it looks like Huset’s Speedway on May 26th, will be his first race. We have enjoyed moving into the microsprints but have had two challenging and sometimes frustrating seasons! Mike has had car malfunctions, leading several feature events. During a late season event at Huset’s Speedway, Mike was leading the feature and with 3 laps togo, suffered a car malfunction to take him out of the race.
